Awards Ceremony Monday 23rd May 2005
Our last night before closing for the summer will be on Monday 23rd May. We will start back on the second Monday in September (12/09/2005).Instead of running the different sections as usual on 23rd May, we will be holding a joint awards ceremony for the Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. This will run from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, i.e. usual section times do not apply.
We will distribute prizes for the year and perform moving up ceremonies for those transferring between sections (e.g. Squirrels moving up to Beavers etc.). The evening will finish with supper. To facilitate this, can we please ask that each family provide either half a loaf of sandwiches, or half a dozen tray bakes. Back to top
Church Parade Sunday 29th May 2005
Our end of year church service will be held on Sunday 29th May in Moneyreagh NSP Church. It should be noted that this date clashes with the District Scout Camp. Any Scouts who are not going to this camp should attend the church parade.All sections should meet at the hall at 11.45am and wear full uniform and black shoes. We will return to the hall at 1.15pm. All friends and family are welcome to come along and join us. Back to top
